As you most likely read on my homepage, my name is Luz H. Ospina and I'm currently a postdoctoral fellow in psychiatric research at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. My primary research interests include clinical and psychopathology, while my graduate research projects focused on positive psychology (i.e., the effects of positive affect on cognition and autonomic nervous system functioning). Recently, I've been learning data science and machine learning algorithms in the hopes of applying these techniques to cognitive and behavioral data.
I've created this space to further discuss my research, elaborate on recent publications, promote upcoming events and presentations, and cover any interesting news in psychology today.
Please feel free to contact me with questions, and/or inquire further regarding consulting services and collaborations.
